With 24 hour access you can enter your unit Anytime, all the time. There are no gate hours. Gate access is granted by electronic key code. The facility is well lighted, safe, and secure with video cameras and electronic access security gate for entry and exit.
Regular weed, rodent and insect control is maintained. All you provide is the lock and we sell those, too. The 2401 location kiosk in Kyle can vend a lock right there, Anytime.
Minimum requirements to move in: $10 admin fee, ID, a disc style lock (required) and pay prorated rent through the end of the current month plus one full month. Rent is month to month after that.
Rent is due on the first of the month. Unit rental is Month to month, so no long term contracts.
Online you can make payments, update your information or set up auto-pay.
Each unit is thoroughly swept and treated after each customer and is immediately available to you
Friendly customer service is just a phone call away during our office hours. We can work with you in most cases. Just tell us what you need.
Our Main Office is located at the Kyle Storage and Parking facility at 880 Windy Hill Road. You may contact us during office hours for any help with your account at any location. We can rent a unit over the phone. We can take payments by phone or you can mail us a check there. This is also where we sell moving supplies and rent U-Hauls.
Kyle customers, we will even loan you a broom to keep your unit clean. Extra rodent and bug control is also available on request at the Main Office.
